How do I start a stream?

  • Click Go Live, copy the connection details into your encoder, then share the viewer link with the people who should watch.

Which connection should I choose?

  • SRT is the default. Copy the server URL into your encoder. Optional WHIP uses a server URL and bearer token; RTMP and RTMPS use a server URL and stream key.

Which encoder settings should I use?

  • H.264 video, Opus audio for WHIP/WHEP, CBR, B-frames 0, 1 second keyframe interval, and bitrate below the plan limit.

How do people watch?

  • Send them the viewer link. They do not need OBS, an account, or special software; a current Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox browser is enough.

How do I get low delay?

  • Start with SRT, H.264, B-frames 0, and a 1 second keyframe interval. Use an audio codec supported by your playback path; WHIP/WHEP needs Opus. Test the viewer link on another device.

What if viewers cannot join?

  • The stream may be offline, the password may be wrong, or viewer slots may be full. Check the stream dashboard and plan limits.
